Textbook Information

There is no textbook for this case.  I will distribute hard copies of all reading materials.  All readings will be available on Blackboard as well.

General Assignment Information

The reading assignment for our first class is: Nancy Levit & Robert R.M. Verchick, Feminist Legal Theories

Please note that I do not permit the use of laptops in this class.   You may use a stylus and a lie-flat tablet rather than pen and paper if you’d like.  If you have an ADA or Section 504 accommodation for note-taking using a laptop, please inform me prior to the first class meeting.

Because laptops are not permitted in class, I will provide you with hard copies of all the reading assignments.  Starting on January 7  and until the first day of class, there will be hard copies of the first reading assignment available at the desk when you first enter the third-floor faculty office suite.  A soft copy version of the first reading assignment is on Blackboard as well.

I’m looking forward to meeting you all soon!
