COURSE MATERIALS:
A Practical Guide to Elder and Special Needs Law in South Carolina, 2nd Edition, available at the SC Bar. Email alicia.hutto@scbar.org for any assistance you may need. If you say you are in this course, you will get a 20% discount. Regular price is $225.00. This is not a casebook but as its title would indicate a practice manual, addressing many topics and includes forms.
Additional materials will be assigned as needed.

- Read Part 1, Chapter 1 and 3 in A Practical Guide to Elder and Special Needs Law in South Carolina, 2nd Edition, available at the SC Bar.
- Write a brief essay (approximately 100 words double-spaced) explaining why you are interested in this course and what you hope to learn.
