Dear All,
Welcome to the Law School!
I must travel on behalf of the Law School on Friday, August 23. For this reason, we will only meet once during the first week of school on Wednesday, August 21 at our usual class time (10:45 am-12:10 pm). During our second week, we will make up the missed class session on Wednesday, August 28 from 9:10-10:35 am. Thus, during Week 2 we will meet on: Tuesday, August 27 at 10:45; Wednesday, August 28 at 9:10; and Friday, August 30 at 10:45.
Here are your assignments for the first two weeks of class:
Week 1: pp. 1-14, 31-51, 91-105
Week 2: pp. 129-48, the Konz case (available on TWEN), 153-55, 157-68
I am excited to meet you!
Yours, s
