• Purchasing just the casebook or just the ebook is fine, whichever you prefer. (I allow laptops in class.) Hard copies are available in the bookstore, and may be available from last year’s students. If you buy directly from West Academic, the school’s discount code is WAUOFSC.
• I will often post additional cases, fuller case excerpts, or other supplemental materials in Blackboard. These will be required reading unless otherwise noted.

General Assignment Information

For Wednesday, August 21: Read Casebook Ch. 1.A, 1.B (pp 1-30) on Agency Structure, skimming the charts that comprise the majority of the page selection.

For Thursday, August 22: Read Casebook Ch. 6.A, 6.B (pp 601-612) on the Delegation of Legislative Power & Casebook Ch. 2.C.1 (pp 157-161) on the Major Questions Doctrine.
