I have created a TWEN page. You can find it by searching Trial Advocacy (Laws 679-3) – Judge C. Newman. TWEN is where you can find course material and assignments throughout the semester. Please ensure you sign up for this course as this will be the primary form of contact with the class.
Our first class meeting is Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 5:05 PM in Room 135.
Reading Assignment: Chapters 1, 2, and 3. We will begin our discussion of case theory, theme development, and the art of persuasion.
