  • Blackboard: file entitled Demand Letters (found under “Writing Materials”)
  • A Lawyer Writes: Chapter 18 (Professional Emails) pages 307-28

Complete:

Core Grammar: Complete the Post Test by Wednesday, January 10, at 11:55 p.m., with a goal of scoring 85 or higher. You may take the Post Test as many times as necessary to achieve this score, but if you do not achieve this score by your third time, please email me so that we may devise a plan to build on your progress.
